How long does production take?
Standard designs typically require 3–5 business days of production. Custom designs typically require about 1–2 weeks. Shipping time starts after production is complete.
How do I choose my size?
Choose XS, S, M, L, or Custom. Custom lets you enter five tip numbers from thumb to pinky. View the sizing guide.
What shapes and lengths are available?
Almond is available in Short and Long. Stiletto is Long only. Square is available in Short and Long.
What comes with a set?
Each set includes 10 handmade gel press-on nails, a reusable clear case, an alcohol prep pad, and a mini file.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. Submit a custom request first. We review the idea and send a quote before payment or production begins. Request a custom set.
Can I return a set if I chose the wrong size?
No. Sets made to a customer-selected size are not returnable for sizing mistakes. Custom-designed and custom-sized orders are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact NURI within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible damaged or incorrect items will be replaced.
