These Terms of Service apply to your use of the NURI website and to purchases made through our online store.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies posted on our store.

PRODUCTS

NURI creates handmade gel press-on nail sets.

Because each set is made and finished by hand, slight variations in color, texture, linework, charm placement, or finish may occur.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and device display settings.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If Custom Sizing is selected, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements or verified NURI sizing information.

Sizing mistakes are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are reviewed before production.

Pricing depends on the requested design, materials, charms, detailing, and overall complexity.

A custom order enters production only after:
1. NURI provides a quote
2. The customer approves the design direction and price
3. Full payment is received

Once production begins, custom orders are final.

PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Taxes, shipping charges, and available discounts are calculated at checkout where applicable.

NURI may update product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Ready-to-order designs generally require approximately 3–5 business days of production.

Custom orders generally require approximately 1–2 weeks after approval and payment.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume or design complexity.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

PAYMENT

Orders enter production only after payment has been successfully processed.

NURI reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when payment cannot be completed or when an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

SHIPPING

Shipping terms, rates, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, sizing issues, damaged items, incorrect items, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NURI branding, original product photography, graphics, website content, packaging designs, and original nail designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

WEBSITE USE

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operations, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NURI may update these Terms of Service when necessary.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
