SHIPPING POLICY

NURI currently ships within the United States.

PRODUCTION TIME

Ready-to-order designs:
Approximately 3–5 business days

Custom orders:
Approximately 1–2 weeks after quote approval and full payment

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard U.S. Shipping — $8

Express Shipping — $15

Free Standard U.S. Shipping — Orders of $70 or more

Available shipping methods and final rates are shown at checkout.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by NURI.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, please contact us with your order number.

We will help review the available tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

NURI is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers whenever reasonably possible.
